Services

Maharix Technology provides website development, website fixing, maintenance, WordPress development, e-commerce development, speed optimization, technical SEO and custom web development services. Specific scope, timeline and pricing for any project are agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on this website are starting prices and are indicative. Final pricing depends on the specific scope of a project and will be confirmed in writing before work commences. Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis.

Client Responsibilities

• Providing timely access to hosting, domain or CMS credentials where required for the work
• Providing content, images or business information needed to complete the project
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within a reasonable timeframe

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website or application code delivered, excluding any third-party licensed assets (themes, plugins, stock imagery) which remain subject to their original licenses.

Revisions and Change Requests

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, agreed at the start of the engagement. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Limitation of Liability

Maharix Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of a delivered website or application, including third-party service outages beyond our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
